Prior to starting Soak + Unwind I worked and volunteered with several different victim service organizations whose mission was to combat domestic and sexual violence including murder, stalking, rape, kidnapping, etc.  This is an important issue that affects us all as 1 in 4 women, and 1 in 7 men, have or will be a victim of domestic violence throughout their lifetime.  These statistics are even more grim for Native American women - about 4 in 5 have experienced violence.  Please consider helping Soak + Unwind this month as it's National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
